Found GardenaGlide Appliance Service online while searching for appliance repair near me. My fridge suddenly stopped cooling, and we had a lot of groceries going to waste. I was in a pinch and needed someone fast. These folks really came through! Called them up, explained the issue, and they had a technician out the next day. When Alex, the technician, arrived, he got straight to work. Super friendly, knew his stuff, and really seemed to care about getting everything sorted. He diagnosed the problem with our Samsung fridge quickly and didn’t waste any time fixing it. We had a busted compressor; he replaced it right away. Can’t tell you how relieved we were when we heard that humming sound again. Customer service was fantastic from start to finish. They kept me updated on everything and even gave us a few tips on how to avoid similar issues in the future.
