Checked out my trusty old Samsung fridge, pinpointed the issue with a quickness. There was this bit with the cooling not working properly, and they handled it like it's nothing. The guy was friendly, knew what he was doing, and didn’t drag it out. He replaced a part and did some adjustments. Now it’s running cooler than it has in ages. Gotta say, I’m impressed. Couldn’t ask for better service. Plus, the price was reasonable. Not like one of those places that try to upsell you on stuff you don’t need.
